HOURS
The Freight desk is normally open to accept freight Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The desk is open until 6:00 PM or shortly after the last flight of the day arrives to pick up freight. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our Fairbanks terminal offers a walk-in freezer and walk-in chill unit for your convenience.
LOST OR DAMAGED FREIGHT:
To report lost or damaged freight call (907) 474-0518. For damaged items, please send damanged items back to us, and take pictures of the packaging/labels/etc.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:
Standard shipping time for most items vary between one and five days. All dangerous goods (hazardous materials or hazmat) must be properly described in shipping papers and be in proper condition for carriage by air according to applicable governmental regulations. HAZMAT must be completely checked in one hour prior to the flight. Questions about hazmat? Click here for information from the FAA!
Each shipper of hazardous materials must complete hazmat paperwork [PDF].
LIMITATIONS:
Freight and baggage may be discarded 14 days after notification and Warbelow’s is not responsible for unmarked or improperly packaged items.

Our standard freight delivery time runs from one to five days for delivery, depending on flight loads. Have a deadline? Use our NEXT FLIGHT EXPRESS. This service gets your freight to your destination on the very next flight we take there. Call (907) 474-0518 or ask your guest service agent for more information.
TAG & LABEL YOUR FREIGHT! It is very important to mark your freight and baggage appropriately so that we may better serve you. CHILL, FREEZE, FRAGILE, and HEAVY stickers are always available for your use. It is your responsibility to make sure your freight is properly labeled.
